At Physiocity Academy, we strive to provide the best educational experience. Due to the digital nature of our courses, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds for online courses are generally not provided once the course material has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues on our end that prevent you from completing the course, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellations for live workshops or events must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be refunded, but you may be able to transfer your ticket to another individual.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
